Utilizing tailored experience-based events that balance individual uniqueness and team dynamics, we help teams connect and learn about one another in ways that are difficult to recreate in the workplace.

Through a combination of individual and team/unit/division initiatives, we can help cultivate whole organization development and culture change.
how we do it
We utilize the fundamentals of strengths-based development and experiential learning to create fun, low-stress environments where self-awareness and development are maximized for the team as well as the individual participant. Activities and scenarios are designed to bring team strengths or weaknesses to the surface in the areas of communication, decision-making, conflict, leadership styles, or other team dynamics. The low-stakes environment makes it easier for team members to talk to one another about their leadership and communication styles with lower consequences than talking about actual matters that happen in the workplace. These lessons and discoveries open the door to talk about more sensitive issues your team is facing in the workplace, and thereby paving the way to becoming a higher functioning organization.

Here at the ADVENTURE element, we hold firmly to two fundamental beliefs.
We believe in the necessity of adventure. Adventure is not merely a recreational pursuit, it is absolutely necessary for progress. Adventure is not the domain of risk-takers and sensation-seekers, it is the domain of all civilization. The willingness to encounter serendipity and embrace uncertain outcomes - after all, that is the essence of adventure - is critical to preventing us from getting "stuck" in our individual and organizational lives.
We believe the "soft" side of an organization - healthy people, teams, & culture - is what drives everything from strategy to the bottom line.
